We have the pleasure of announcing that Kluger Architects has been selected as the architect for the St. Kilian Retired Priests Home and Pastoral Residence project. These 2 rectories will serve St. Kilian Parish in Mission Viejo. This project involves replacing two residences and erecting two homes from the ground up. These homes are designed to serve as the Rectory and the residence for retired priests within St. Kilian. The requirements and wishes of the Parish Priests were thoroughly considered and implemented into the thoughtful design of the project.
Some of the amenities include exterior common areas for Priests to relax and enjoy the delightful garden spaces with common access from both homes. Furthermore, private patios for all first-floor bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms have also been included, along with a small private prayer chapel.
Several city requirements for the exterior design, materials and colors were incorporated into the design to satisfy the HOA and Planning Commission.
We plan and are excited to start construction before summer of this year!
