Luis Iniestra has been a member of the Kluger Architects team since joining as an intern in 2015. Now serving as a Job Captain, he consistently showcases his expertise and dedication across a wide range of projects. Luis continually innovates and hones his skills to ensure top-quality results.

Luis is pivotal in driving architectural production, seamlessly leading projects with precision and creativity. His proficiency in design, 3D modeling, renderings, and animations is instrumental in bringing clients’ visions to life. His strategic planning and problem-solving skills, and technical IT expertise are what position him as a standout professional, making him a vital asset in our company.

Matthew is a seasoned architecture and construction specialist with over 14 years of experience. He began his career in construction, gaining hands-on expertise in various trades before earning a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. From 2009 to 2017, he refined his architectural skills at an award-winning New York City-based Architecture and Engineering firm, contributing to a diverse portfolio, including civic projects for the NYC school system, collegiate developments, custom residential homes, and multifamily housing.

In 2018, he expanded his industry knowledge by joining an interior glass partition design and manufacturing company, where he played key roles in leadership, operations, and strategic development. Transitioning to construction management in 2021, he provided owner’s representation, project management, quality assurance, and financial oversight for high-end residential and commercial projects in California.

In 2024, Matthew returned to his calling and passion in architecture, joining Kluger Architects. His comprehensive expertise in design, materials, and construction management makes him an invaluable asset, delivering precision-driven, innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
