We’re excited to welcome Timo Forster as our newest Job Captain and are thrilled to have him join us.

With more than 15 years of experience across the United States and Europe, Timo brings expertise in project coordination, technical production, design development, permitting, and construction documentation. He has contributed to a wide range of mixed-use, infrastructure, institutional, and residential projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

His experience includes the redevelopment of Bern Central Station in Switzerland, as well as high-end residential remodels and additions throughout Los Angeles. He also has experience with public-sector projects, master planning, and adaptive reuse developments.

Known for his collaborative and hands-on approach, Timo combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of project delivery, helping teams navigate challenges from design through construction.

Fun fact: Having worked in both Europe and the United States, Timo brings an international perspective shaped by diverse project types, cultures, and professional experiences.
