Last week, Kluger Architects team visited the construction site of the new ground up Gymnasium of St. John the Baptist and brought along our summer intern for a firsthand look at the design-build process in action.

With the foundation in place and structural work underway, the vision for this multi-purpose facility is quickly becoming a reality. For an intern to be part of the process at this stage gives them a better understanding of how everything progresses. It’s an opportunity to see how architects collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients in order to bring the design to life.

We are glad we were able to share the experience with the next generation of designers and excited to continue watching this project develop into a space for sports and gatherings. Stay tuned for more updates as construction continues! Thank you to everyone involved:
