The Overlook at Bernardo Heights is to undergo façade and site renovations throughout the property. Scope of work will be limited to cosmetic upgrades on building and addition of commercial areas, landscaping, site signage, and enhanced detailing throughout the site. Building renovations were limited to cosmetic work only and no structural elements will be altered.
