The façades were upgraded with new colors, awnings (fabric/metal) in some cases, an eclectic paint palette, and matching ledge stone wrapping around certain stores based of the building. These applied materials not only modernizes the look, but extend the market’s lifespan for generations of shoppers to enjoy
