St. Anne Master Plan
Project Description
Kluger Architects was selected by St. Anne to create a master plan for their Catholic Parish, which includes four buildings: Chapel, Parish Hall, Office, and Priest Residence and site work.
The Parish Hall consists of a multi-purpose room that can be converted for various needs, a kitchen, restrooms, and a storage room. The second floor of the Parish Hall has five meeting rooms, an additional storage room, and restrooms. The Office also has two floors and is connected to the Parish Hall by a bridge on the second floor. It includes two smaller meeting rooms, staff offices, a larger conference room, storage, and an IT room. Connected to the Office will be a newly built Chapel for prayer and worship and an existing Church that serves as the central place of worship within the property.
The Priest Residence is located on the opposite side of the property and includes a pastor emeritus suite, foyer, living room, caretaker’s suite, sitting room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a two-car garage. An elevator or stairs lead to the second floor, which features a small chapel, a senior priest’s suite, a second pastor suite, a room for a priest and another room for a visitor priest, a community room, a laundry room, and bathrooms.
Each building is thoroughly planned with an aim to create inviting spaces that cater to both the spiritual and practical needs of the community, including the priest’s living conditions with thoughtful design taking into account the mental and practical priest’s needs.
