During the on-going Covid 19 pandemic Kluger Architects was busy completing the designs for the new replacement infill building at The Westchester Shopping Center in Los Angeles, California near the LAX Airport.

The designs are now complete and we are starting the construction before the end of this year 2021.

The replacement building will have spaces for 3 tenants and QSR’s – Quick Service Restaurants with interior and outdoor seating on each side of the exterior facade, an interior passageway to allow pedestrian access from Sepulveda Blvd will include an exciting open breezeway with references to the areas past and its future.

Features include an interactive breezeway for shoppers to pass from the main road into the shopping center. The breezeway will house decorative planes hanging at various heights to guide you along the passage. The Breezeway is also scheduled to reflect the history of the area and the nearby Los Angeles International Airport known as LAX.
