The long awaited OSHPD required NPC II project has started at Tulare Regional Medical Center – TRMC in Tulare, California.
TRMC is now a part of the Adventist Health System. The project consist of new seismic compliant upgrades for various elements including lighting, exiting and other critical elements for public safety within the existing 1940s and 1950s facility. Each floor of the existing hospital facility will be improved as part of this project. The upgrades are mandated and based upon the the state of California seismic codes. Kluger Architects provided the design, construction documentation, OSHPD permitting and now construction administration services are being provided by us as we move into this next phase.
