Congratulations to Luis Iniestra
On 10 Years at Kluger Architects!

Today marks a special milestone that we’re absolutely thrilled to celebrate: Luis Iniesta’s 10th anniversary with Kluger Architects! It feels like just yesterday that Luis walked through our doors as a bright-eyed intern, ready to dive into the world of architecture. Now, a decade later, he’s become an integral part of our team and is well on his way to becoming a project manager.
From Intern to Rising Star
When Luis first joined us as an intern, we immediately recognized his passion for design and his genuine curiosity about every aspect of our work. You know how some people just have that spark? Luis had it from day one.
What started as a typical internship quickly evolved into something more. Luis demonstrated the kind of dedication and attention to detail that make for a great future architect. He has approached every task, no matter how small, with the same level of care. Whether he was organizing project files or assisting with site visits, Luis always brings enthusiasm and professionalism that impress everyone he works with.

Over the past ten years, we’ve watched Luis grow from that eager intern into a skilled professional who tackles not only architectural challenges but life goals with confidence.
Luis has worked on a diverse range of projects with us, from sacred spaces to educational facilities. Each project has added another layer to his expertise. We’ve seen him evolve from someone who needed guidance on basic drafting techniques to someone who now mentors newer team members and contributes innovative solutions to design challenges.
His work on our church projects has been particularly noteworthy. Luis has developed a deep appreciation for the spiritual and community aspects of sacred architecture. He understands that these spaces aren’t just buildings: they’re places where communities gather, worship, and find meaning. This sensitivity to the human element of architecture is something you can’t teach; it’s something that comes from genuine care and understanding.
Current Role and Growing Responsibilities
Today, Luis holds a key position in our design team. His technical skills have grown tremendously, but what really sets him apart is his ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to crucial details. He has taken on increasing responsibilities in project coordination, client communication, and team leadership. We’ve watched him develop the kind of judgment that comes only with experience: knowing when to ask questions, when to take initiative, and how to balance creative vision with practical constraints.
We’re excited to that Luis is currently on a clear trajectory toward becoming a project manager with our firm. Project management in architecture requires a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and people skills. You need to be able to communicate with clients about their dreams and aspirations, work with engineers to solve complex technical challenges, coordinate with contractors to ensure quality execution.
Luis has demonstrated these capabilities. He’s shown that he can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the high standards that our clients expect from Kluger Architects. He’s pursued additional certifications, attended industry conferences, and stayed current with the latest design software and building technologies. More importantly, he’s maintained the curiosity and openness to new ideas that first impressed us during his internship.
We’ve also appreciated Luis’s contributions to our firm culture. He’s been instrumental in mentoring new interns and junior staff members, sharing not just technical knowledge but also the professional wisdom he’s gained through experience. His positive attitude and collaborative approach have helped create the kind of work environment where everyone can do their best work.
Looking Forward
As we celebrate this 10-year milestone, we’re also looking ahead to what the future holds for Luis and for Kluger Architects. His future transition to project manager will represent not just his personal growth, but also our firm’s commitment to developing talent from within and recognizing the contributions of dedicated team members.
On behalf of everyone at Kluger Architects, thank you for ten incredible years of dedication, creativity, and professionalism. You’ve been an essential part of our team’s success, and we’re excited to see what the next decade brings.
Your growth and achievements inspire all of us to pursue excellence in our own work. You’ve shown that with commitment, curiosity, and collaboration, there’s no limit to what’s possible in this field we all love.
Here’s to the next ten years and to your continued success as a leader in architecture and design!
