Principal Charles Kluger, AIA, recently attended the 30th Annual Conference for Catholic Facility Management (CCFM) in Covington, Kentucky.

Hosted by the Diocese of Covington, this event brought together professionals from across the country to share insights, deepen their mission, and expand innovative ideas in managing Catholic properties.

As proud gold sponsors this year, it was an honor to once again represent Kluger Architects at this gathering. This was a great opportunity to engage with diocesan leaders, facility managers, and industry experts during networking receptions, multiple educational sessions, and site tours.

This year’s conference featured daily Mass and educational sessions with AIA. Among the speakers, one of the highlights was a keynote speaker Deacon Jim Fortner, COO of the Diocese of Covington, whose message focused on mission-driven leadership in the Church’s operative life. Memorable moments included a plant tour of the Verdin Bell & Clock Company, a tour at St. Augustine, and a visit to the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of Mary – one of Covington’s architectural treasures.

The event ended with a celebratory banquet marking the conference’s 30-year legacy, completed with live music and wonderful companionship.

We are grateful to be part of the CCFM community as we have been for many years and look forward to next year’s event!
