What’s amazing about AIA Conventions is that there are a variety of sessions, presentations, and panel discussions to choose from that align with your firm’s practice. Whether it’s learning about carbon reduction through smarter building, to the role of Artificial Intelligence AI in shaping both design and human experience.
So many insightful tips about leadership transitions within firms, how to prepare the next generation, building mentorship pipelines, growing stronger as a team, and keeping the company culture strong. It’s been insightful to hear how firms across the country are adapting to sustainability, rethinking strategies, and finding new ways to lead and support their teams and build communities.
